FAQs

How much does therapy cost?

The standard out-of-pocket rate for therapy is rate is $99 per session. Rates vary for clients paying with insurance. In response to COVID-19, the first out-of-pocket session is on us, beginning July 2.

Do you accept insurance?

Hurdle currently accepts Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, CareFirst, Cigna, Medicare, and United Healthcare. We are working towards accepting additional insurance plans.
